IPTV Cyprus respects the rights of copyright owners. This page explains how to tell us about material on the cyprusiptv4k.com website that you believe infringes your copyright, in line with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the EU notice-and-action rules.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers material published on this website, such as text, photographs and images. IPTV Cyprus does not host television channels, films or series on this website, and we do not upload or store broadcast content here.
2. How to send a notice
Send your notice on WhatsApp at +44 7576 966392 (opens WhatsApp in a new tab) with the words “Copyright notice” at the start of your message. Please include:
- Your contact details: name, organisation (if any), postal address, email address and phone number.
- The copyrighted work: a description of the work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if there are several.
- Where it appears: the exact URL or URLs on cyprusiptv4k.com, and a description of the material, so that we can find it.
- A good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- An accuracy statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your signature, physical or electronic.
3. What happens next
We review every complete notice promptly, usually within five working days. If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the material and let you know. Incomplete notices may delay our response, so we may ask you for the missing details.
4. Counter-notices
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice through the same channel. Include your contact details, the material that was removed and where it appeared, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
5. Misleading notices
Please make sure your notice is accurate. Knowingly false claims of infringement can create legal liability for the sender.
